## 3. Account Registration and Billing
### 3.1 Account Creation
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your account information
### 3.2 Billing and Payment
- All services are billed in advance unless otherwise specified
- Payment is due upon invoice generation
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods
- Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
### 3.3 Automatic Renewal
- Services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle

- Running IRC bots, game servers, or proxy services (unless authorized)
- Participating in DDoS attacks or similar network disruptions
### 4.2 Content Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for all content stored on or transmitted through our services
- You must have proper rights and licenses for all content you upload
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms

## 5. Service Level and Uptime

- Uptime calculations exclude scheduled maintenance and force majeure events

- Uptime guarantees do not apply to free or promotional accounts

- We perform scheduled maintenance during low-traffic hours
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
- We will attempt to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance
### 5.3 Resource Limits
- Shared hosting accounts have CPU, memory, and storage limitations
- Resource usage is monitored and may be restricted if limits are exceeded
- Upgrade options are available for accounts requiring additional resources
## 6. Data and Privacy
### 6.1 Data Backup
- We perform regular backups but do not guarantee data recovery
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
- Backup restoration may incur additional fees
- We are not liable for any data loss

## 7. Domain Registration Terms

- Domain registration creates a license to use the domain name

- Domains must be renewed before expiration to avoid loss

- You may terminate services at any time through your account panel
- Termination does not entitle you to refunds unless specified
- Data backup and transfer assistance may be available for a fee
- Final invoices must be paid regardless of termination date

- New hosting accounts are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee
- Refunds apply only to hosting fees, not setup fees or add-ons

- Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds

- Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable
- Registry fees cannot be refunded once a domain is registered
- Domain privacy and other add-ons are non-refundable
### 9.3 Other Services
- SSL certificates, licenses, and third-party services are non-refundable
- Setup fees and migration services are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
## 10. Limitations of Liability

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Cielo Cloud Host BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cielo Cloud Host, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
